Attack level glitch

As most of you know, the combat xp is a BIT messed up.. Anyway, I got to 99, and went back to monks to mess around. I was on accurate (attack xp) when suddenly, my attack level fell from 99 to 1. When I checked my attack xp, it said i had -1.5b. Idk what this glitch was but we can test it furthermore today or tomorrow.

Im all 99s with 60 ish range 20 ish mage and 1 attack
